Job description:

  • Collect, prepare, propose content to the client for validation
  • On a weekly basis, search for content in line with the client’s expectations and the laid out conversation rules
  • Once the content is validated by the client, it needs to be scheduled for publication to attain best results : use of photos, videos, links … Be creative !
  • Daily check-up of comments and fans’ post/tweets. Analyze feedback of fans/followers and engage in the conversation by answering questions, thanking for their comment, support…
  • The Community Manager draws up a monthly report for every client with an overview of the previous month’s activity on the social media channel
  • The Community Manager builds a long-term social media strategy with the client in order to keep the client’s online community as lively as possible


  • Dutch is your mother tongue and you speak good French and English
  • You have strong communication skills and show a lot of "common sense"
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Higher Education Diploma
  • You have a passion for digital and interactive communication and are familiar with the best social networks like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, Linkedin, Google+, Pinterest, Tumblr, ...
  • Creative, customer-driven, strong communication skills
  • Management of traditional software and Internet
  • You are customer-centric
  • You are well organized, structured and accurate
  • You are service-oriented and have a highly developed sense of responsibility
