You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, strategy, design, content creation, and tech to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns that resonate with their target audience.Key responsibilities Project Planning: Work closely with clients and internal teams to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource allocation. Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, content creators, and other stakeholders. Foster effective communication and collaboration to ensure project milestones are met. Resource Management: Allocate resources appropriately, balancing workloads and skill sets to ensure optimal project execution. Monitor resource availability and make adjustments as needed. Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial constraints. Provide regular updates to clients and internal management on budget status. Risk Mitigation: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address challenges that may arise during project development and execution. Quality Assurance: Maintain a strong commitment to quality by conducting regular reviews and quality checks throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure all deliverables meet the agency's high standards and client expectations. Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates, addressing inquiries, and managing client expectations. Build strong client relationships by understanding their needs and aligning project outcomes accordingly. Project Reporting: Generate and present project status reports to clients and internal stakeholders. Highlight project achievements, key milestones, and potential areas for improvement. Formulate insights & key-learnings of campaign our touchpoint performance (Adobe & Google Analytics) Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital project management and communication. Integrate new approaches to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.Qualifications and skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; A relevant master's degree is a plus. A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a project manager, digital marketing agency experience is a strong plus. Digital has no secrets for you. You show a perfect understanding of all digital touchpoints (paid & owned as well as 121). Proficiency in project management software (Jira is a plus), digital marketing and CMS tools, and analytics platforms. Experience with AEM, ACM & Salesforce experience is a plus. Strong communication skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project management. You work in a structured and autonomous way, while being a team player.
