You will be the key player in ensuring operational success of our email campaigns form briefing to send-out & reporting. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, IT, and customer service to enhance customer interactions and optimize marketing efforts through automation.Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for our CRM Clients Coordination of project deliverables and timeline of email campaigns, from receiving the brief to overseeing the send-out process Evaluation & testing on every step of the process to deliver the quality all our client deserve. Leading & attending briefing sessions & status meetings Collaboration with international partners, fostering seamless collaboration and build strong relationship You will assist in the design and execution of email campaigns, including personalization and A/B testing Effectively manage project budgets Monitor the success of campaigns by tracking KPIs and providing regular reporting to management Build strong relationship with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with objectives. Ensure a thorough understanding of objectives and actively participate in aligning strategies. Challenging assumptions when needed, fostering an environment of collaboration and mutual understanding.Qualifications and requirements Education in marketing, communications, Information Systems or a related field. A first experience in email marketing & project management is a plus (internship included) Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Adobe, etc.) and marketing automation tools (Marketo, Pardot, Mailchimp, etc.) Basic understanding of HTML/CSS Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Monday) is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Analytical mindset with attention to detail Ability to adapt to new technologies and systems quickly You are dynamic, passioned about CRM & project management and have an eye for details You have strong communication skills and you are a team player Fluency in Dutch, French, and EnglishWhat we offer youOnboarding: welcome round, onboarding days, breakfast, or lunch for newcomers - we ensure your perfect start.Further training: your development is important to us.
