Social.Lab is looking for a new Community Manager (NL)

Are you passionate about social media, eager to broaden your horizons and you juggle words with the same ease as numbers? 
Then we’d like you to be the newest addition to Social Lab’s Community Management department. We’re looking for an experienced Community Manager that will take the lead in developing the social media strategy for a big national client and execute it with finesse. 

• Develop the social media strategy to create a strong social media presence.
• Project and client management. 
• Create content in line with the tone of voice of your client’s brand. 
• Program and post the content on the different social media channels. In order to amplify the impact of your posts, you make creative use of movies, visuals, links,…
• Be the conversation moderator and check, analyse and encourage all conversations on your platforms. 
• Manage the advertising on your social platforms.
• Report to your client on a monthly basis with an overview of the communication stream and reactions as well as the analytics behind the page.
• Develop the long-term strategy in agreement with the client.

• Native Dutch and fluent in French and English.
• Must be able to work in a multi-discipline collaborative environment.
• Have a deep knowledge of digital and social media technologies.
• Be a creative team player. 
• Have client-facing experience.
• Excellent copywriting skills and the desire to write. 
• A higher education degree in journalism, communication, …
• A passion for online and social media.
• Knowledge of the current software tools, as well as Photoshop.
