Job description


  • Work closely with our different agencies in France, UK, Netherlands and US (+potentially Dubai and Asia) to execute campaigns on one or multiple markets.
  • Translate business objectives into social media objectives, enriched by proprietary benchmarks (best content/format, CPM/CTR/CPA in category,…).
  • Define content amplification principles including segmentation and contextualization approach.
  • Finalize and execute the blueprint of a mono or multi-country campaign on one or multiple social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest). Blueprints include campaign structure, bidding strategy, detailed versioning per segment, integration of A/B testing of artwork, copy or call to action and planning of the test to run.
  • Implement the campaigns and accurately manage budgets :
  • Set up campaign on PMD platform of choice including: credit validation, media allocation, tracking performance and optimization, detailed planning of the campaign (week, day, hour, frequency) and tagging rules.
  • Implement a pool of unique targeting mixing:
  • Execute quality check of the creative assets and when relevant manage the approval of these assets.
  • Identify the variables that can be optimized and execute optimization.
  • Aggregate results and prepare weekly summary and key learnings.
  • Prepare/present campaign reporting including evolution of all KPIs like media spent, engagement, and granular analysis.
  • Prepare potential recommendations to Social Strategists based on the insights revealed through execution/optimization to re-­adjust future plans.

Potential middle-term evolution :

Social Strategist
Social Strategists work on a specific portfolio of brands. Through a strong understanding of social platforms they take an active role in all aspects of a social project—identifying brand’s issues, running competitive benchmarks, forming recommendation, building architecture of programs, drafting the budget, defining the drivers of performance and the KPI’s framework.

Social Strategists advocate for the right set of actions on social platforms to implement a strategy and help create the necessary consensus within both the internal client team and the client's organization to achieve results. They work closely with the client team to continuously improve the thinking, direction of the strategy, and recommended programs and tactics.


Desired Profile:

  • Understanding of client’s business and marketing goals
  • Understand how Social Media Platforms are organized and maintain relationship with them (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin…)
  • Work closely with clients and account/strategy teams to leverage research and analyze social data and weave relevant insights into engagement strategies
  • Start-up mindset.
  • Analytical
  • Left and right brained: demonstrate creativity in data analysis and understanding.
  • Curious and have a “test, learn and optimize” culture


  • 2-3 years experience in social campaign management.
  • Language : Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of social campaign management. that produced positive business results.
  • Understanding of social platforms ecosystems formats, targeting options, tracking tool, and reporting.
  • Expert in optimization of ongoing social campaigns on Facebook and Twitter through PMD platforms.Proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
  • Candidate must have spreadsheet capabilities; can build detailed business reporting.
  • Experience in paid social agency.
  • Work/Study experiences abroad is a strong asset.
