Il s'agit premièrement d'Elisabeth Bouten qui a acquis une grande expérience en tant que Usability Designer en conception d'interfaces utilisateur, notamment chez Janssen Pharmaceutica, Hogatex et USG People. Elle est maintenant Project Manager.

Ellen Vankeerberghen a débuté en 2004 en tant que Usability Designer et est devenue Usability Specialist en 2006.
