You will be the interface between Hello Agency and the customer during the whole project lifecycle. Education / Experience

• University degree, or equivalent by experience
• Significant experience in web project, business development and strong knowledge of project management techniques and methodologies

Responsibilities

• You will have to be proactive to business development.
• You will be responsible for creating strategic recommendations and proposals.
• You will develop the client relation and budget.
• You will be responsible for project production & planning, allocating resources, budgeting.
• You’ll provide excellent customer service, understand the project also from a technical point of view and support our clients to ensure building privileged client relationships.

Technical skills

• Experience in building large and database-driven websites, which supposes a good technical background in Internet technologies.

Other skills

• Demonstrate a proven track record as Account Executive in a digital agency.
• Good experience with project Management methodologies (Prince 2, SCRUM, …).
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Excellent customer and team management skills.
• Ability to be efficient and productive under pressure.
• Experience with Business and/or Functional Analysis.
• Fluent in French & English or French & Dutch.
