Role Description

  • As a Digital Product Specialist you are responsible for our end-user tools in our EMEA region. You are responsible for our digital products from A-Z.
  • Together with the Digital Marketing Supervisor and management you work on the strategy, roadmap and feature definition.
  • You ensure our end-user tools enhance the user journey
  • You work closely with the Product Owners and several Subject Matter Experts across departments to ensure we meet our business needs
  • You regularly conduct user tests and interviews that enable you to understand the user needs, which you translate into requirements and acceptance criteria which are in line with the business needs
  • You conduct user-acceptance testing to ensure our digital solution meet user’s needs
  • You work closely with your IT counterpart to ensure a smooth technical implementation
  • You work in an agile way
  • You report on ongoing features, roadmap and results (predefined KPI’s)


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role. Experience with the direct selling industry and/or cosmetics industry are considered as a plus.
  • Minimum Bachelor degree within Marketing or IT, preferably with a strong digital link
  • You have experience working with agile methodology
  • Experience with organization tools like Jira and Confluence are considered as a plus
  • Experience with UX, Usability and tools like Invision are considered as a plus
  • Experience with analytical tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Omniture are considered as a plus
  • Excellent English skills, both written and verbal
