Business Development Officer

The Business Development Officer generates new streams of revenue through the development and sales of various (new) products. These products are offered to B2B as well as B2C markets, sold via different webshops and are often accompanied with their own specific marketing campaign.


  • Coordinate various product campaigns (, b.pass, FanFlights, etc.) in close cooperation with external partners and with various internal departments
  • Responsible for setting up, as well as managing various webshops in a Shopify environment for a variety of products sold through various campaigns. These tasks include:
    • Assuring the proper inventory with flight seats available for redemption
    • Assuring the correct and timely issuance of e-tickets
    • Assure the fulfillment of ancillaries included in various products
    • Serve as main contact point for the aforementioned products
    • Ensure a correct implementation of the partnership contracts


  • Bachelor in Business Management, Marketing or similar through experience
  • Fluent in English, French and Dutch
  • Proficient in working with MS Excel (working with large sets of data)
  • Experience with HTML
  • Experience with online webshops, using off the shelf eCommerce solutions is a plus
  • Experience with Photoshop is a plusresults-driven
  • Intrinsic desire to learn; quick learner
  • Dynamic and enthusiast
  • Not afraid to think out of the box and can tackle occurring problems in a creative way
  • Team player and like to work across departments/companies
  • Able to work accurately even under pressure
