Mission :

Leverage online functionalities & conversion tools to maximize online conversion for your specific area of expertise (# orders / # e-care acts / # sales / #sales at partners)

Tasks :

-Identify improvements on Mobistar web site or partner sites, based on learnings, own ideas and collections of team ideas, current best practices, e-commerce trends / studies, benchmarks, input from Mobistar/Orange organization and support of the web analytics HOP. Propose improvement actions in a structured briefing, handle all briefing validation steps and follow-up implementation.

-Project Management, based on the Mobistar TTM (Time-to-Market) principles. Align internal stakeholders, organise Core Team meetings and present conversion projects to the formal validation platforms within Mobistar.

-Pilot conversion tools / processes (eShop / Customer Zone / MyPartner for partners / Eshop backoffice):
1. Operational: Systematic follow-up of conversion results  
2. Identifications of potential improvements: Document, prove the importance and take ownership of all new business requirements for the evolution of conversion tools and processes.
This includes taking ownership on content of major releases, change requests, issues & bugs, and challenging the implementation of these with the Product Marketing Manager, cascading/escalation of issues and potentially redefinition of requirements in case of technical complexity
3. Coach supplier / partners to optimize collaboration with Mobistar

-Build the eshop/ecare evolution roadmap of your area of expertise (e-shop / e-care / order-to-sales / e-tailers).

-Stay up-to-date on the e-commerce evolutions (conversion focus): other (Orange Group) countries actions, studies, e-commerce litterature, lectures,...

Profile :

• Education level : business school or equivalent
• Years of experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in e-commerce. Experiences in (offline) sales, customer care, logistics / warehouse or store operations will be an added value.
• Good project management and problem solving skills
• Web site knowledge
• Web conversion techniques knowledge
• You are a creative business developer with a real motivation to develop the online sales. You have a  professional maturity and the ability to drive external parties to achieve results. You are creative, persuasive, flexible, and strong in negotiation. You are a team player, and an excellent written and oral communicator. You have an attention for detail, you are structured and organized.
• You have an analytical approach and good problem-solving skills.
• You are able to work in fast paced environment with minimal supervision and meeting tight deadlines.
• You are customer-centric; you are able to integrate solutions to customer needs in your daily work.
• Languages : Perfect in mother tongue, fluent in second language and operational in English
