Job description

As Digital Traffic Specialist at Online Heroes, you will be leading the following tasks:

·       Managing and supporting different web traffic sources over more than 30 countries, from SEA, affiliate, RTB, to retargeting and evaluate and prioritize the different optimization projects thanks to your excellent analytical skills.

·       Managing all advertising accounts on a daily basis (SEA, Facebook, Affiliate, …) which means keep the budget up-to-date, optimize conversion rates, optimizing SEO, manage CPC, investigate competition and focus on trends in search behavior;

·       Reporting market data: gather info about our « type » of visitor and gather data of competition;

·       Internal reporting: daily measurement of our site metrics, KPI reporting and tracking, evaluation of our new campaigns;

·       Ad hoc analysis on performance of the different fashion sites and its traffic sources;

·       Managing the conversations between our service providers, the local and international stakeholders.

Profile

·       You are passionate in dealing with financial business numbers and statistics

·       You show strong interest in online advertising with a focus to maximize sales and profit opportunities

·       You have a thorough understanding of e-commerce metrics, website functionality, and landing pages optimization

·       You make decisions based on statistical numbers and A/B testing results while also analyzing and interpreting data from various sources of the online retail environment

·       You are a good communicator. You are able to explain your findings as clear insights to all layers of the organization

·       Proactively exploring new methodologies, systems and techniques that enhance the traffic impact

·       You are a wizard with Excel or any other analytics tool

·       You have a positive, can-do attitude

·       You have a genuine interest in luxury fashion and trends, internet, sense of personal style.
