Job description

• You come up with strategic ideas & digital activations, taking part in brainstormings with accounts & strategists.
• You are in charge of managing & creating content for multiple websites, digital campaigns & social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, …)
• You know how to set up and manage SEA & SEO campaigns, create content in CMS-software (WordPress, Drupal, …), and are aware of technical specifications for web banners, mobile design, website development, etc.
• You structurally report on the digital performance of our brands to our account team, and express recommendendations & optimizations.
• You review texts, images, infographics, animations, video. You pick the best formats for digital brand stories.
• You brief & coordinate our internal teams (copywriters, designers and developers) to manage conversations on social media & content platforms.
• You communicate with clients on timings, insights & trends, and motivate them to deliver input and feedback on time.
• You check if all content is in line with the campaign objectives & brand guidelines.

• You are an active user of Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter en Snapchat.
• You track the latest trends and you are eager to test new content formats & digital applications.
• You never leave home without your smartphone and love to test new technologies.
• You are a foodie with a passion for cooking & food.
• You structurize the input & build strong content plans & strategies.
• You are always in control of delivering on time, with strict quality control.

Skills and experience

• A first relevant work experience in a digital advertising agency is required.
• Your Dutch and English are excellent, knowledge of French is a plus.
• You are eager to learn, proactive & aim high.
• You love to work in marketing, communications & interactive media.
• Your work is organized and structured.
• You are a teamplayer, immune to stress and you can manage multiple projects at the same time.
