We are looking for experienced and motivated Senior Digital Project Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the delivery of digital products produced by ICF Mostra in line with specifications received from or written for our customers. He/she will make sure that the final delivery meets the customer’s quality expectations, secures the good performance of staff, costs and delivery schedule.

Main Responsibilities

At customer level:

◾Points out and analyses project management needs and control of use.

◾Writes the specifications in agreement with the client.

◾Leads the implementation of the specification in regards to the objectives of the digital products, resources, budget and steps to implement.

As a project-team leader:

◾Manages the team’s work schedule: Usability Experts, Designers, Developers, Editors, e-commerce Specialists, etc.

◾Coordinates external suppliers and service providers.

◾Manages relationships with clients (Digital teams).

◾Establishes and follows-up schedules and budgets.

◾Tests the functionality of the websites.

◾Supervises the implementation of the projects.

◾Ensures consistency between all projects: improvements and new projects.

◾Defines the resources and priorities of the projects for which she/he is responsible.

◾Provides technology and competition intelligence. Required Skills / Competencies

◾At least 5 years in similar position.

◾University degree, or equivalent by experience

◾Proven experience with Project Management methodologies (Prince2, SCRUM, Agile...), Business and/or Functional Analysis

◾Experience in: building large websites and implementing Content Management System; Digital campaigns; Maintenance solutions; Applications development.

◾Knowledge of Drupal, HTML5 and Documentum and of European Commission’s requirements: IPG rules, Security requirements for accessing EC’s servers is an asset.

◾Experience working with European institutions

◾Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English / French or English / Dutch)

◾Excellent customer and suppliers’ management experience
