As a Campaign Manager you will be the key driver to develop our data/CRM driven communication under the direct supervision of the Head of Marketing Operations. You will help marketing project managers and requestors to translate their needs into data driven campaigns and programs within budget and time. Job Description: • You are responsible for the data driven communication channels: e-mail, landing pages (forms, surveys), micro site, post mail, onsite lead capitation at events and SMS; • You will execute communication campaigns and automated marketing programs with the marketing automation tool Selligent: integrating designs, set-up campaign, data flow set-up, testing, execution and reporting manage the planning and the budget of these channels; • You will build commercial communication campaigns (acquisition, up-and cross selling, retention) for all solutions in our portfolio and all regions (EU, LATAM, US, APAC), corporate communication campaigns (event invitation, eNewsletters) as well as automated communication programs (e.g. Follow-up lead, Boost Your Liquidity Program, Anti churn program, Welcome program, e-learning program); • You will help project managers with integrating direct marketing channels in their marketing projects and advising on briefing, the campaign flow set-up and testing; • You will optimize our direct marketing communication in terms of performance through personalization, localization and lead scoring; • You will actively collaborate to build up a real customer relationship management and to have 360° view on our customers' behavior. • You will work closely with channels managers (digitial marketing manager and corporate communications manager), project managers, SalesForce team, data intelligence manager, external agencies and marketing data consultant; Organizational Boundaries: • You will be part of the international Marketing Operations team, based in Zaventem (BE). • You will report to the Head of Marketing Operations; • You will work closely with channel managers (digital marketing manager and corporate communications manager), marketing project managers, SalesForce team, external agencies and marketing data consultant; Required Experience: • You understand the power of customer data; • You have at least 5 years of experience with data driven marketing communication; • You have designed and effectively implemented data driven communication campaigns; • You have preferably a working experience with marketing automation tools like Selligent, Adobe Campaign, Marketo; at least you have a great motivation to become an expert; • You have a working experience in both B2B and B2C; • You have a marketing background; • You master following languages: English. Any additional language is a plus.
