The "Telemarketing Campaign Coordinator" will offer the Marketing Director telemarketing support for lead generation campaigns & events.

Responsibilities:

• You improve lead quality through profiling of incoming leads

• Together with other departments you coordinate telemarketing efforts

• You create and execute telemarketing scripts

• You will enhance CRM data quality and completeness

• You will assist with the entry of incoming leads into our CRM-system

• You can offer the necessary support in setting up & executing closed loop lead generation campaigns

• You will measure, analyze & report on telemarketing & campaign results to enable best practices

Skills:

• You are fluent (written and spoken) in English and at least 1 other European language, preferably Dutch, French, German and/or Italian

• You have excellent communication skills and positive attitude

• You have the knowledge of MS Office applications Word and Excel

• You are familiar with internet use & social media

• Prior call center experience is a plus (telesales, telemarketing, support,…)

• Prior experience in the IT sector and/or B2B environment is desirable

• Prior experience with Salesforce.com, other CRM or MAP systems is a plus
