You will use email, SMS and any other forms of online communication to drive customers back into controlled channels. Using customer date, you will make observations and recommendations on improving strategy, business processes, activity and technical capabilities. You will be required to liaise and pro-actively communicate with confidence to numerous stakeholders, communicating on plans and progress. This role involves an operational marketing challenge within an emerging business sector with the ability to thrive and produce great results in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities/Accountabilities: • Regular CRM responsibilities and ensure CRM plans are implemented correctly • Plan, execute and analyse all retention activity in line with the development of the global retention strategy • Maintain and optimize product led campaigns (cross-sell, up-sell, loyalty, lapsed prevention and reactivation) • Produce a weekly retention report which includes a snapshot of product email deliverability • Work closely with Customer Services and answer escalated support queries • Conduct frequent competitor analysis on retention strategies Experience and education: To qualify for this position, you are asked to possess a Master degree or equivalent with 3+ years of experience in a B2C online company. You will be able to effectively multi-task and work to deadlines and be an ambitious self-starter who can observe the market and consumer trends. This role requires tremendous attention to detail, setting up and managing projects and procedures. • Experience in email marketing tools and campaign management tools • Good copywriting skills • Strong communication, organisational and project implementation skills • Excellent relationship skills with internal and external customers, team spirit • Very focused and assertive – knows how to distinguish between tasks • Fluent in English, French and/or Dutch • Excellent command of MS Office with a strong focus on Excel and Power Point About the compensation package: The role offers both a new challenging environment and a competitive package including a pension plan as well as various other benefits.
