An exciting opportunity to join the Project Management team. As Project Manager you’ll be responsible for small to medium sized projects and supports more senior Project Managers in the management of one or more larger-scale projects.

You will ensure project logistics are kept up to date and communicated with all team members; define, create and manage all project management documentation, track project progress and keep the project plan up to date. 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
According to your level of experience and the assignment, you will be responsible for the full projects or for specific activities such as:
• Project management.
• Consulting.
• Financials.
• Communications.
• Leadership.
• Conduct self, and communicates, professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Work proactively with your Project Management Officer to ensure completion of project reviews for self.
• Provide 360° feedback for team members where appropriate.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
• University degree or equivalent – subject non-specific. A degree demonstrating analytical capability is preferred.
• 6 to 10 years plus managing projects for blue-chip firms/clients.
• Plus 1-2 years experience as a Project Manager in a web/digital consulting environment.
• PRINCE2/SCRUMMASTER Registered Practitioner accreditation preferred.
• You have a very strong passion for the web and quality.
• You are independent, mature, responsible and can handle stress well.
• You are curious, you love a challenge and you like to work in an innovative environment.
• You believe in the possibilities of e-marketing, brands, creativity  and online communication.
• You guarantee the satisfaction of the customers where quality, budget  and planning are respected.
• You work in a structured and organized manner.
• You have a strong digital & marketing background.
• You are a team player with a sense of humor.
• Proven client management abilities to negotiate scope and finances.
• Experience of crisis management situations with positive results.
• Can articulate Project Management methodology – processes, practices, controls, team management,project delivery phases.
• Ability to turn requirements into a viable project plan and marshal resources required to deliver.
• Strong follow-through orientation.
• Ability to manage third parties and external resources.
