PROFILE

1. Bachelor or Master degree

2. An understanding of the B2B sales process

3. Prior experience with online B2C e-commerce company

4. Proven track record in a similar role

5. Ability to identify and manage key decision makers.

6. Ability to uncover customers’ needs and establish value

7. An ability to build strong business relationships with clients

8. Flexible and imaginative approach to challenges

9. Creative, dynamic self-starter with proven ability of taking initiative and driving new business

10. Affinity with web user experience creation, usability and best practices for the web and using web analytics and optimization tools

11. Excellent engagement and networking skills

12. Good computer skills and a capacity to use complex software products

13. Fluent in English, Dutch and French

14. Strong oral and written communication skills
