We are looking for a talented database marketeer to join our global marketing team in Headquarters Ghent.

 

As a database marketeer,

• you will work on 2 main objectives: improvement of overall market visibility and quality of the CRM data.
• You will pro-actively and continuously strive for optimizing data quality and data enrichment linked to visibility of the existing markets (Visibility = ration of total potential in the market and currently known contacts in the CRM database). 
• You are able to develop and share marketing & sales insights and recommendations based on a thorough, in depth analysis & reporting of existing CRM data, develop Business Intelligence concepts and best practises.
• You will take initiatives to manage and further expand databases in the best possible manner.
• You will support the Digital Marketing team with data driven marketing & sales projects and share best practices.
• You will participate in data related projects, in cooperation with the Marketing and IT teams

 

 

You have a Bachelor or Master in marketing or equal by experience

Relevant experience in CRM marketing in B2B

You follow up technological evolutions

You have strong analytical skills and a passion for data

You have a strong commercial awareness and your are result-oriented

You have a proactive, flexible and entrepreneurial attitude

You like ICT and you have affinity with database software (SQL)

You are a loyal team player

You are inspired by working in an international context

Good knowledge of English and Dutch
