Redworks Brussels is a international Fast-Track Low Cost agency specialised in the delivery of qualitative creative on- and offline media. We are working for international and national accounts, such as Delhaize, Thalys and several well known agencies in the Brussels region. We are a team of highly specialised experts located in the center of Brussels, in front of the central station.

What about the job :

We are looking for a talented hands-on Digital Project Manager. You will work closely togheter with creative designers, copywriters, web developers, media agencies, accounts and clients. You are the key contact and interface between technical and commercial talents. Your task is to make that our projects run smoothly and on time. You have the ownership of every digital project and define the deliverables, provide technical and functional descriptions, draw up a project plan, estimate the time to spent on every project/ briefing, allocating resources and take care of the budget. In addition, you coordinate the web developers, external partners and planning of all digital projects. You will manage risks and identify appropriate solutions. You translate feedback from clients and accounts into a technical briefing. As last but least, you take care of the quality control and not afraid to make your hands dirty and do some basic adaptations. You have the back-up of a Digital Manager to give your own twist / input in the daily processes.

What we ask :

* You are well organised, focused and flexible. You know how to motivate people.

* Planning and organising are your second nature. You detect problems in advance.

* You have a good technical background in internet technologies (HTML, Flash, XML, PHP, Javascript and CMS technologies)

* A good knowledge of project management techniques and methods is required.

* Significant experience in Digital Project Management in a agency environment.

* You are excellent in written and verbal communication skills.

* You are interested in new technologies and innovations. You love to try them out and to see the opportunities for integration in future projects.

* You have to be a team player, solution-minded and the ability to be efficient productive under pressure. Deadlines are excellent challenges for you and your team !

Next to the language of the web, you speak fluent Dutch, French and English off course.
