Mid-Size and large enterprise applications
Release management
Source code management
Performance
Security
Development paradigms 
JAVA backend development
Extended knowledge of advanced OOP, design patterns
Extended knowledge of working with maven 
Working with SVN 
In-depth knowledge of JSTL or new frameworks, JSP, JSF
Experienced in working with tiles 
Knowledge of Lucene 
Knowledge of  Spring/Hibernate. 
Knowledge of working with BEA weblogic application server
Knowledge of VBscript
* Optional assets: 
Asp.net experience or .net c# 
Tridion CMS knowledge 
Vb 6.0 knowledge
* Languages :
French or Dutch native with good communication skills in the other language
English working knowledge
