Summary
 
VASCO Data Security is looking for a dynamic and creative ‘B2C Community Manager’ to join its Marketing team in Wemmel.

The B2C Community Manager will be responsible for the development, implementation and optimization of the VASCO B2C marketing strategy in order to increase the VASCO, and primarily the MYDIGIPASS.COM, user adoption worldwide.

Key Tasks: 

•    Identify and analyze high-potential user communities to be targeted
•    Prepare and implement a marketing plan to activate these user communities
•    Develop and execute user activation campaigns, promotions & programs
•    Develop, implement and optimize the VASCO social media strategy
•    Responsible for social media monitoring and engagement in accordance with corporate guidelines
•    Develop and execute social media campaigns
•    Continuous monitoring, analysis and optimization of user conversion funnels
•    Drive the affiliate marketing programs and campaigns
•    Establish a user community dialogue process
•    Monitor and analyze B2C KPIs
•    Propose innovative internet marketing tactics
•    Make SEO recommendations with the objective to optimize organic search results

 
Profile
 
•    Bachelor or Master degree
•    At least 5 years of experience in a B2C environment
•    You have affinity with new online technologies, social media and e-commerce
•    You are familiar with the various online marketing tactics
•    Prior experience with CMS and/or marketing automation systems is a plus
•    Experience with creative design software and/or rich media is an asset
•    You are very creative with a commercial and user focused mindset
•    You are able to work in an organized and structured way
•    You are stress-resistant and able to work against deadlines
•    Knowledge of:
      -    MS Office
      -    Affiliate marketing, social media platforms and SEM
      -    B2C marketing concepts & tactics (CPM, CPC, CPS...)
•    Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
