Mission:

The Online Marketing Specialist is responsible to give full support to the Sales & Marketing Team, including the following primary responsibilities: Define the package of Interactive Marketing Services that PFSweb offers; Monitor service providers and their offerings; Define the Interactive Marketing Strategy for Prospects and existing clients of PFSweb in partnership with other Departments; Offer support to the Sales & Marketing department to promote PFSweb online.

Interactive Marketing Services will start with (but will not be limited to):
- SEM / SEO
- Email Marketing
- Affiliate Marketing
- Social Media
- Web Analytics

The Online Marketing Specialist will have experience in the above described areas in order to support the construction of the IMS Strategy for new and existing clients (the daily operations will be managed by the Client Service Team, the E-commerce Team and some selected partners).


Key Responsibilities

General

-Define & build the package of IMS (Interactive Marketing Services) that PFSweb Europe offers
-Launch tenders to compare the service providers on the European market + analyze current service providers (used by PFSweb US)
-Monitor the service providers and their offerings
-Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in IMS, marketing analysis and tools/techniques

For PFSweb prospects

-Act as the expert for the Sales Process (for the IMS services)
-Define the IMS Strategy for Prospects + associated costs and expected ROI (pre-launch; go-live; running)
-Construct key web analytic tools in order to measure the performance of the IM Strategy

For PFSweb existing clients


-Create packages that can be sold by the Account Managers
-Analyze existing websites of clients and define the potential IMS Strategy + associated costs and expected ROI (pre-launch; go-live; running)
-Construct key web analytic tools in order to measure the performance of the IM Strategy

For internal use: PFSweb Europe

 -Support Marketing to increase the visibility of the site www.pfswebeurope.com (SEO, SEM, Social Media,…)
-Support Sales & Marketing for the use of the CRM tool
-Create and maintain case studies

Skills/Experience/Profile

-    Academic educational level or equal;
-    Minimum 3-year experience in a similar position with practical experience of the above described Interactive Marketing Tools;
-    Excellent written & verbal communication skills (at least in English & French);
-    Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel;
-    Excellent communication skills in multi departments environment ;
-    Analytic and customer minded / Service & Sales orientated
-    Strong ability to multitask and be flexible
-    Manage project schedules to meet strict deadlines
-    Produce results in a fast-paced environment
