The Online Coordinator will be responsible for the website maintenance, content management, the monthly refresh process and the monthly emailings. This includes coordination with an external agency, internal teams and site partnerships.
 
Monthly Refreshes:
•Manage content document creation for monthly refreshes to meet Benelux timeline schedules. Work with local brand/online team and EMEA online team to generate monthly site refreshes (including copywriting/translation work)
•Serve as key contact between all relevant disciplines to maintain required timetables, ensure product database is updated, driving all phases of the monthly updates to meet live dates.
•Work with agency to assure all needed elements are refreshed, and localized.
•Overall responsibility for the control of the website product database (in a .NET environment).
•Regular Update of interactive tools (skin type tools, foundation finder etc) in line with relevant product launches.
•Maintain accurate store listings and local events online.
•Create reports to analyse marketing results (monthly ad-tracking reports, email results, etc..)
 
Marketing Generalist:
•Manage sample inventory and online marketing offerings
•Work with brand marketing to support offline initiatives via email and online, e.g. in store events, Gift with purchase, special services etc.
•Provide general support to the Online team. Email Marketing Support
•Support in the email process from brief to send, liaising with the email agency, the NY brand team and the Benelux Marketing Department.
•Assists in Copywriting for emails – pulling together copy from press releases, US assets and marketing material.
•Create all ad track links as needed for email analysis and sell thru tracking.

Profiel

 
REQUIRED EDUCATION: Communication/marketing degree
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
-Online marketing experience is a plus
-E-commerce experience is a plus
REQUIRED LANGUAGES:
-Fluent Dutch/French
-Good knowledge of English
OTHER SKILLS:
-Digital native (at ease with Social, digital tools)
-Very strong written skills (copywriting/translations)
-Entrepreneurial spirit
-Flexible, Hands-on approach
-Good inter-personal and communication skills
