Be connect is a Social & Mobile Marketing Agency located in Brussels (Woluwe-Saint Lambert) and active in Belgium and France.

Our mission is to help Advertisers/Publishers to use Social Media & Mobile to reach their Marketing objectives in a relevant, effective and result oriented way.

Following customer’s needs, we offer them Consulting (Audit, Strategy definition, …) , Execution (Fan page, Apps, Ads, Community Management) & Solutions to help them to Build, Engage and Leverage their Social Media presence.

Your Mission: 

• You get things done, and that is also why you are responsible for our projects and campaigns

• You will manage the daily contact with customers during the implementation of their project and keep your colleague informed of project status and any new customer needs

• If your customers are not always working in a structured way, you are able to liaise with customer to respect the project scope, timing and budget

• You get the best out of our multidisciplinary team (designers, programmers, ....)

• You participate in the Social/Mobile Media Strategy definition of our customers 

• You implement recommendations

• You analyze campaigns, setting corrective actions to optimize them

• You provide your customers with some reporting based on KPI’s

• You monitor and benchmark customer’s competitors, sectors etc…

You have following skills:

• you are native NL speaker fluent in FR & EN

• you have a university degree (Bachelor/Master) in communication &/or marketing (Hogeschool, Universiteit in Vlaanderen)

• you have gained a first experience in similar function in a traineeship or in a fisrt job (Web Agency, Communication Agency,…)

• you are passionate about Digital & Interactive communication and are familiar with top social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Linkedin, Google +, Pinterest Tumblr, Instagram,….

• you are rigorous, dynamic, and known for your interpersonal skills and curiosity.

• You are well organized, structured and accurate.

• You are service oriented and have a highly developed sense of responsibility.

• you are a great communicator, and demonstrates lots of “common sense”

• You are customer-driven

• you are not afraid to try new technologies or platforms

• you like having autonomy and you are solution driven

• You work systematically and have clear goals in mind.
