Online Service Expert

The mission of Test-Aankoop/Test-Achats is to protect and defend consumers’ needs and rights. We offer specialized magazines, online advice and individualized legal support. Our independent organization counts enthusiastic 400 collaborators in Brussels.

You will report directly to the Online Service Manager Belgium. One expert will contribute to the implementation and optimization of the online services strategy cross departmental,  the other expert will focus on the development of online comparison tools. 

Main activities:

  • ​Get a 360-degree view of the consumers by crunching (un)-structured data from researches, surveys, analytics & social media tools... and provide them with relevant and personalized digital experiences that takes their preferences, behavior and past history with the organization into account;
  • Co-create with the different stakeholders (Marketing, Lobby & Press, Call Center…) engaging, consistent and connected digital experiences, at every touchpoint of the customer journey.
  • Engage site visitors and convert them into long-term, loyal customers;
  • Maximize end-user experience for online comparative services related to product & tariff plans
  • Monitor the customer satisfaction and surpass customer expectations by translating the Voice of the Customer into concrete recommendations and action plans;
  • Plan and manage a series of projects through the entire conceptual and detailed design phases. Define recommendations and develop prototypes

We are looking for :

  • ​You preferably hold a university degree and haveseveral years of experience in customer management or in front-end development projects;
  • You have a good balance between business, technical and soft skills;
  • Proactive, creative, solution-oriented, you are driven by data and always focused on the customers;
  • You have experience in Service Design, User Experience Design, Wireframing and Usability;
  • Knowledge in CMS (e.g. siteCore), Analytics (e.g. Adobe Analytics), Prototyping (e.g. Axure Pro) tools are considered as a plus.
  • You have a well-organized and structured work approach and are used to work with deadlines. You are able to work in an autonomous and efficient way.
  • You are an excellent communicator being able to explain your point of view and work together in an enthusiastic and constructive way with other colleagues. You are able to convince other stakeholders of the added value of digital transformation.
  • You have a passion for new media and spontaneously follows the latest trends in technology, tools and channels on the market .
  • You express yourself fluently in English and have Dutch or French as mother tongue with a solid passive knowledge of the other national language.
