Account Manager for Digital Marketing (M/F)

The Opportunity:

Nascom is a leading digital agency focused on redefining the tipping point of Digital User Experience. In your role as Account Manager for Digital marketing, you will focus on one of our 4 key strategic pillars (UX, Digital Marketing, Touch & Mobile and Web CMS). You will be at the forefront of what is technically and creatively possible within the Digital marketing world. You will watch closely over our key accounts, furthering relationships and defining new opportunities to innovate. Your tight collaboration with our Creative Director, social media experts and Digital strategists will ultimately further our quest for the next Digital milestone!

Job Description:

Core Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Provide Strategic and Marketing Leadership on client side

- Work with clients to uncover business needs and objectives, craft appropriate strategies, and identify avenues to help achieve client goals;
- Develop the importance of online marketing within our client's overall marketing mix.

2. Build and Grow Client Relationships

- Thoroughly understand the fundamentals of our client’s business and generate new ideas to enhance client performance;
- Build trust, credibility, and client referrals;
- Develop agency-client relationships and ties.

3. Manage Performance

- Responsible for achieving sales targets for this business unit;
- Maintain or improve account profitability;
- Responsible for sales proposals.

Typical Day:

- Attend strategy / roadmap meetings at client side;
- Meet with Creative director and Marketing team to check the status on current projects and point towards potential new projects;
- Participate in brainstorm sessions and assist Creative Director in realizing the client's needs;
- Finalize detailed and budgeted concept proposals to clients.


- Approximately 5+ years of related industry experience, preferably brand or direct marketing experience at an advertising agency
- Approximately 7+ years of business experience
- Demonstrated track record of client relationship development and service
- Strong knowledge or experience in internet businesses, account management and client/campaign strategy
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills
