Hays Antwerp is looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst to manage and deliver key digital marketing initiatives to optimize candidate attraction campaigns. This job sits within the HAYS BELGIUM Marketing team to implement the region’s marketing priorities and help drive marketing value to our local growing businesses.
In this job as Digital Marketing Analyst you will drive the digital & data-led marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for the creation, implementation and roll out of digital candidate attraction campaigns. You will be supported by the EMEA Online Product Team.
You will be in charge of lead generation through online marketing campaigns and job advertisements. You will build our Marketing Automation Platform and define the right digital strategy to attract and retain candidates. You can rely on different online tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce and our in-house database to do a thorough market analysis. Next to lead gen, you will also closely follow up on the customer journey in order to boost the conversion rates. You will master our CMS and liaise with other EMEA countries for best practices. You function as a Business Analyst between IT and marketing and when needed you give IT support. In addition you will evaluate each campaign to measure campaign effectiveness and maximize ROI. In order to keep Hays ahead of the digital market you monitor market developments and online competitor activity. You coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (agencies, EMEA, consultants, …) and operate as a project manager to oversee digital updates or launches. Together with the Marketing team you carry out push for content, jobs and engagement through social media. In this role you report to the Marketing Director.
The right candidate has a Bachelor or Master degree and at least 5 years of relevant digital marketing experience. You have strong Google Analytics skills and knowledge of conversion rate optimization practices. You are data driven, a strategic thinker but also like to do the roll-out of campaigns. Ideally, you have experience with Marketing Automation platforms and knowledge of A/B testing. The ideal candidate for this Digital Marketing Analyst role is pro-active, dares to take initiative and drive innovation. Furthermore you have an holistic view, work organized and have excellent planning skills. You have excellent Dutch language skills and you are also fluent in English and French. You will be based in the Antwerp office but you are flexible to work in other offices when needed.
