Stéphanie joined Novo Nordisk two years ago as the Customer Experience & Strategic Insights Manager for the French Affiliate. A challenging move for her, as she has no background in the pharmaceutical industry.

"In 2015, CX Management felt like an evidence for me. I was the PMO of the Digital Transformation Program @ ENGIE France BtoC (energy provider) when I realized that the Voice Of Customer & Customer Knowledge was becoming a big asset for the company."

She contributed to creating the CX Management activity at ENGIE France BtoC and ran the CX program for 3 years. After that, she supported several entities of ENGIE Group in their Customer Experience activities.

Stéphanie is currently leading one of the top priorities of the company: Re-inventing HCPs' experience with Novo Nordisk.
