In his most recent roles as a senior consultant, he has worked with life sciences companies around the world to develop true omnichannel customer engagement strategies. Jean-Sébastien also has experience as a CEO, having successfully run an eHealth start-up and developed business activities in the field of oncology. His entrepreneurial mindset has allowed him to stay in touch with patients and healthcare professionals while driving innovation in the industry.
