online ‘Mol-poll’ improved the UX and added excitement to the leading national tv-show.

 
For seven weeks, over one million viewers flocked to Belgian tv channel VIER for the iconic ‘De Mol’ tv series. Each week thousands voted for their suspected mole, hoping to win a fun prize.
Emakina was asked to provide a tailor-made second screen poll-game for the show’s many fans.
Marketing Automation was vital to create a seamless voting experience...
So, Emakina and Selligent took a big leap in user-centricity, while coping with authentication, fast content updates, massive traffic peaks, superfast result reporting and, most of all, delivering the results SBS was aiming for.

Maarten helps the various international brands in the Emakina portfolio to manage their brand’s Marketing Automation. As a digital strategist and consultant with a clear passion for personalized communication & services and digital communication, Maarten truly believes that growing sustainable business value for clients is the holy grail. The way to do this, is by guiding and coaching his clients to grow their data- and digital maturity, in order to improve the relevance and coherence of all communication of your brand.  

Maarten has 15 years of overall experience in digital marketing and communication, of which 12 years on the agency side (BBDO, Strategie, DDB and Emakina). He is devoted to improving brand experiences by creating remarkable, data-driven stories relevant to a consumer.
