The evolution of customer behaviour is an interdisciplinary social science that combines many elements and has an enormous impact on our organizations.

 

Understanding consumer behaviour covers all aspects of buying behaviour - from pre-purchase activities to post-purchase activities, evaluation and actual use.

It also includes all people, communications, processes, data and systems that are directly or indirectly involved in purchasing decisions and consumer activities, including brand influencers and opinion leaders.
