GAMIFICATION: THE EFFICIENT TOOL TO CREATE AND DEVELOP TEAM ENGAGEMENT

Several companies exploit more and more gamification in their strategies to drive customer and employee engagement. To be able to boost your team, gamification will use gaming techniques that you can find in traditional games and introduce it into a seemingly non-ludic environment. In this presentation, we will show you how our client Belfius managed to use gamification in their strategy to develop their productivity and create employee engagement.

Biography: After graduating from IT and engineering in Brussels in 2000 and then Stanford in 2014, Cédric Pierrard began his career as a Developer at Link Software and then Next Application, CRM software publishers. In 2005, he created Efficy with a partner. Today Efficy is present in 7 countries with more than 4,500 customers in 33 countries and aims to be the CRM European champion. Cédric is also present in different advisory boards and an influent member of Beci and Agoria (as a member of the board of director for Brussels).
