He optimized business operational processes and IT solutions implementation at Micro Focus (now OpenText) and Hewlett Packard. In the last 2 years at Bridgestone, he facilitates Digital Transformation and IT Program Portfolio management with a data-driven approach that allows him to remain with his feet on the ground to stay solution-oriented and very pragmatic. Being trilingual: French, Dutch, English and with a master’s degree in communications, certifications in project management and lean/Six Sigma in his pocket, Pierre-Gilles is a true continuous learner taking 50+ trainings a year and mentoring peers.
