Data & Ux Director - Vanksen


After starting his career as a Project Manager at Vanksen in 2014, Samuel helped create the agency's UX department and has been its head since 2022. Whether through qualitative studies or the use of specific tools, data remains the keystone for supporting recommendations with concrete and tangible elements. With this in mind, Samuel has also been in charge of the Data analytics division within the Datawords group for almost 2 years, to create synergies between the different areas of expertise and find the right balance between user needs and customer objectives for each project.

Data is not about tech!
In a sector where AI and new technologies are flourishing, offering ever more promises to marketers, Vanksen remains firm on its vision, which is also its strength: to promote marketing & digital expertise at the service of the brand, with the tool as the means and not the end. Although a number of technologies are essential to the proper collection, manipulation and processing of data, the key is analysis. Data that supports marketing teams is first and foremost a grid for reading and understanding its own users/consumers, enabling us to respond concretely to their needs.
