FeWeb Awards : Wieni & Starring Jane schitteren

De meest performante digitale projecten van Belgische makelij van het afgelopen jaar zijn bekend. Het digitale agency Wieni valt maar liefst 3 keer in de prijzen bij de FeWeb Excellence Awards.

Starring Jane wint de ‘Best Digital App’ en de ‘Innovation Award’ voor de DELA-app. De webshop Kambukka.be ontwikkeld door Novation sleept de ‘Webshop of the Year’ award in de wacht. DNS Belgium mag zich ‘Website of the Year’ noemen met dank aan Wieni. Dit Leuvense agency maakt ook nog de B2C website (catchoftheday.stubru.be) en de beste B2B campagne voor de stemtest van Universiteit Antwerpen. Intracto ontwikkelt voor Van Hoecke de ‘App of the Year’.

De FeWeb Excellence Awards gelden als de referentie voor digitale expertise op het vlak van webbuilding, e-commerce en digitale marketing. De jury beoordeelde 61 inzendingen in 4 categorieën: websites, webshops, applicaties en campagnes. Zo’n 200 digitale professionals woonden de 5^de editie van de Awards bij. De beste projecten FeWeb verenigt meer dan 500 Belgische digitale bedrijven en professionals.

Trend naar complexe projecten

“Wat ik als jurylid van de FeWeb Awards kan besluiten, is dat er een duidelijke shift ingezet is naar meer complexe digitale projecten die vragen om innovatieve oplissingen,” aldus Peter Ryckaert, voorzitter van FeWeb. “De gebruiker maakt geen onderscheid tussen een app of site van een kleine kmo of een multinational. De gebruikservaring moet in beide gevallen optimaal zijn én de klant wil dat dit uitmondt in betere resultaten.”

Dat is meteen de reden waarom de jurering vanaf deze 5de editie van de FeWeb Excellence Awards gebeurt op basis van zowel technische performantiecriteria als een dossier met de strategische approach en de resultaten. De technische performatie werd beoordeeld door InternetVista, Woorank, AnySurfer en Elevenways. Daarnaast bestond de jury uit Peter Ryckaert (Crowdbeamer), Olivier De Doncker (Fullmedia), Liesbeth Weeghmans (UX Consult), Pascal Sabbe (RetailDetail) en Jan Moons (UXPro).
